Birell is brewed in the Schloss Eggenberg brewery in the province of Oberösterreich, and exists since 1977. With this Birell was the first nonalcoholic beer in Austria.

I was smelling a good beer wort in the bottle, when I have opened it. But that was the only positive experience with that Birell. The taste of this beer is simply a disaster. The first gulp provided a fresh feeling on my tongue in the first seconds, but very soon this brew was clunky in my throat like vomitus. There is a slight aroma of a hoppy beer wort at the end of the finish, but that won't improve my review here. To be honest, it's a good decision to pour that beer away and never touch a Birell beer bottle again. Sad, but I can't write any better review.
