alc. 4,5% vol.
Fresh yeast in my nose when I have opened the bottle. There is much of a foam which does not surprise me.
I would label the Edelweiss Hofbräu Wheat Beer as palatable, malty, and yeasty. The finish is a bit sourly.
The 4,5% vol. alc. is slightly lighter than other Edelweiss beers. The tase is quite fine. Maybe not bad after the sport. But I would always prefer the Edelweiss Naturtrüb instead of the Edelweiss Hofbräu. That's for sure.
