Wurmhöringer Beersince 1632
alc. 4,9% vol.
Märzen Beer from Würmhöringer is brewed in the Upper Austrian Innviertel region, close to the Bavarian border.
The beer surprises with a very bright colour. The smell has something
acrid in it, which also comes to my tongue during my first gulp. It is
an unpleasant flavour and not really appreciative. I had the feeling
the beer is burning on my tongue. Not one of my top beers. In my last
gulps I got used to this kind of taste and the beer went smoothly down
my throat. What can I say. Maybe some people will like that acrid
experience, but for me, I would choose other beers.
